Keynote Summary
LeRoy Butler is the 357th member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He didn't get to this prestigious hall without learning some leadership lessons along the way. He loves sharing the lessons, and how he learned them, that took him from the projects of Jacksonville to the frozen tundra of Green Bay and finally into the hallowed halls of Canton.

LeRoy Butler played his entire career with the Green Bay Packers (1990-2001). Born on July 19, 1968, Butler spent his childhood in Jacksonville, Florida. His parents separated when he was a toddler, and his mother, Eunice, supported Butler and his four siblings by working first as a secretary and later as a nurse. The family lived in a small apartment in the crime-infested Blodgett Homes Housing Project on Jacksonville’s west side.
Butler was selected by the Packers in the second round of the 1990 draft. He played in 181 regular season games, 14 postseason games, earned a Super Bowl ring after the Packers defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXI at the end of the 1996 season, selected All-Pro four times, and was selected to the Pro Bowl four times (1993, 1996, 1997, and 1998). He was named to the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team by the Pro Football Hall of Fame and later inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame in 2007. In 2022, it was announced that LeRoy Butler will be a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2022. LeRoy became the 357th member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame on 8/6/22.
During his 12 seasons with the Packers, Butler recorded 953 tackles, 38 interceptions, 553 return yards, 12 fumble recoveries, 3 defensive touchdowns and 20 1/2 sacks. He led or tied for the team lead in interceptions in five different seasons. He was the first defensive back in NFL history to gain entrance in the 20 Sack/20 Interception Club.

Jason Buol
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager | Associated Bank
Jason Buol is a senior portfolio manager, team leader with Associated Bank Private Wealth. He is responsible for supervising thesouthern region portfolio management team which includes Milwaukee and Madison in Wisconsin as well as Chicago, Illinois. He also participates in the development and implementation of investment strategies used by portfolio managers across Associated Bank.Jason has been in the investment industry since 2003. Previously, he has served as director of investment management for First National Bank of Omaha, where he was responsible for creating investment portfolios, implementing and executing investment strategies. Prior to that he worked as a senior research associate for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.Active in his community, Jason has served as a scholarship committee member for the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valleyand is also a member of the CFA Society of Milwaukee.
Mike Hochholzer
EVP, Chief Trust Investment Officer | Associated Bank
Mike Hochholzer is Chief Investment Officer for Associated Trust Company (ATC) and Kellogg Asset Management (KAM). He is responsible for the development, coordination and production of economic and financial analysis, strategy, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance for the $13 billion in assets under management by ATC and KAM.Mike leads the investment team of portfolio managers, analysts, and support staff and oversees all of ATC’s and KAM’s investmentstrategies. He also provides insights and commentary on economic conditions, both internally to colleagues, as well as externally. Mike has worked in the investment industry since 1989 and joined the Associated Bank team in 2006. Active in his community, Mike has held volunteer leadership positions with the United Way Fox Cities since 2007 and is a former member of its Board of Directors. He is also active with UW Oshkosh and its supporting organizations.

Joshua Guay is a seasoned financial leader with over a decade of experience in various accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, he has a proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth.
Before joining Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry in June 2020, Joshua held multiple key positions at Samuel Pressure Vessel Group, including Director of Finance, Controller, and Senior Accounting Manager. His comprehensive experience in financial management has equipped him with deep insights into operational efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting.
Timothy McCoy

Tim McCoy is a shareholder of the firm and member of the Corporate Law and Real Estate Practice Groups, practicing in the Green Bay and Appleton offices of the firm. He represents clients in a wide range of general corporate and business law matters throughout Wisconsin. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions; the formation, organization and capitalization of new business entities; organization of joint ventures; and general advice regarding corporate and business matters. He is experienced in international business transactions and joint ventures, including transactions involving European and Asian parties. In addition, he regularly advises and represents clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including project siting and permitting, as well as real estate development and leasing matters, including the preparation and review of architectural and construction contracts. Mr. McCoy also is a member of Godfrey & Kahn’s Energy Strategies Practice Group.

Ron Miller is Managing Director and Head of CIBC’s U.S. Middle Market Investment Banking. He actively managing transactions, business development, and private equity coverage. With over 35 years of transaction experience, Ron has completed more than 130 merger and acquisition and public and private financing assignments which represent approximately $10 billion of transaction value. In 2023 he was named by the Global M&A Network as one of the Top 50 M&A Investment Bankers in the Americas. He is also the host of the Market Monitor, a quarterly podcast highlight trends in middle market M&A and financing markets.
Paul Schneider

Paul Schneider has over 30 years of experience in governance, leadership, and financing across sectors of aerospace, military defense, agriculture, manufacturing, and food and beverage packaging and distribution. He has executed multi-billion dollar capital financing and M&A deals globally.
As Principal of Schneider Resource Holdings, he oversees various businesses, including a major stake in Schneider National, a $5 billion trucking and logistics leader. He co-founded SLK Finance and previously worked as an M&A analyst at Morgan Stanley. Paul has held executive roles at Schneider National, leading operations and the acquisition of Schneider Logistics (Tianjin) Co., one of China's largest trucking companies.
Brady Walsh
Business Development Manager | Mason Wells
As Business Development Manager, Mr. Walsh is primarily responsible for initiating investment opportunities and new business relationships for the Mason Wells Buyout Funds and portfolio companies. In this capacity, Mr. Walsh manages the firm’s relationships with intermediaries, generates investment opportunities, and manages the firm’s business development efforts.
Before joining Mason Wells in 2020, Mr. Walsh was a Senior Consultant at Clerestory Consulting, where he focused on assisting clients in implementing effective organizational change. Prior to Clerestory Consulting, Mr. Walsh was a Senior Associate at PwC, where he worked on audit and advisory engagements and earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 2017.
